Our field, 06/24, is a grass strip with a gravel centreline in the lighted area, which is 3040 feet long. The elevation is 1025+/-. There is also an 100 foot over-run area of grass at both ends of the runway beyond the lighted area. A taxiway from midfield leads to a grass infield, hangars, and a clubhouse.

The airport is not maintained during the winter. The plane is usually kept at a maintained field (usually Tillsonburg), from about Christmas to mid-April.

During the summer, members are expected to pilot the mower, a Farm King F650S six foot finishing mower pulled by an IH B275 diesel. It takes about 6 hours per mowing to keep our field in trim.

The tractor can be a bit of a bear to operate, so we've prepared a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze485t_03_4&feature=youtu.be

We now also have a Gravely Promaster lawn mower. It also has a video regarding it's safety and operation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnqtLo-HNR4&feature=youtu.be

This is an image of the airport from just over 14000 feet.
